Service Description

This workshop will assist participants through the various stages of grief and how it connects to loss in one’s life. The objective of the workshop is to help prepare participants for future challenges that could be connected to past/present ‘blind spots’. Whether loss is associated to one’s professional, personal life/relationships, physical and mental health, or financial/occupational status, participants will develop practical tips in dealing with such losses.
